Not all computers’ wifi or wired Ethernet cards can be automatically recognized by Windows. So, when your computer can’t automatically recognize wifi, you can try connecting to a wired network and download the driver from the support page. Everything should go back to normal after installing the driver. Similarly, if your computer can’t automatically recognize a wired network, you can first connect to wifi.
If your computer’s WiFi and wired network can’t be automatically recognized by Windows, then you need to first download the drivers on another computer that has internet access, and use a Flash Disk to transfer the drivers to the computer that needs the drivers installed. Then, install the drivers to fix the issue.
